D. Product Characteristics & Craftmanship:

Each of our bone inlay, mother of pearl (MOP) inlay and wooden furniture pieces is individually hand crafted using traditional techniques and natural materials. As a result, the following variations may be present & should be embraced as part of the piece's artisanal character:

1. Natural variations in colour, texture & pattern due to the use of bone, shell & solid wood

2. Subtle differences in alignment & detailing in inlay work as each component is hand placed

3. Visible wood grain, knots or tonal differences, which highlight the natural beauty of solid wood

4. Minor surface irregularities such as tool marks or slight unevenness in finish, inherent to handcrafted production

5. Variations in polish or sheen in hand applied finishes

These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of genuine handcraftmanship.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and appreciate these nuances as a mark of quality, authenticity & uniqueness.
