A. For In Store & Online Purchases:

1. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Please ensure that you check the items & take photographs if necessary before completing your purchase. If you have any doubts or need assistance, do not hesitate to ask our store representatives.

3. Our delivery charge includes delivery by service elevator only. If product needs to be hand carried, it will attract an additional charge.

B. For Pre/Custom Orders:

1. Advance amount paid in order to confirm pre/custom order is non refundable.

2. Intimation of pre/custom orders with manufacturing issues that require repair must be given to Celson within 2 weeks of delivery.

C. Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates & may vary slightly. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

D. Product Information:

All our pieces are 100% hand crafted.

1. Bone & Mother of Pearl Inlay Items - Any imperfection is a part of the beauty of the piece. It should not be considered as a defect.

2. Wooden Items - The finish of no two pieces can be 100% same since it is finished by hand. Please allow us a small margin of change.
